Traditional real estate purchase and sale transactions are a significant part of the firm's real estate practice. In addition, the firm also counsels landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions involving, but not limited to, retail, office and industrial space.

Development Transactions

The firm's practice encompasses representation of national and regional real estate developers, investors and lenders in domestic development projects, including office buildings, shopping centers, hotels and luxury condominiums.
